We had a nice afternoon learning and enjoying reflexology sessions in our Regatta Lounge.
Valrie and Rachael who are 2nd and 3rd generation reflexologists spent the afternoon with us providing our guests with 10 minute hand sessions. This was a first experience for many today, a fun and educational afternoon! Hand reflexology is a therapeutic massage technique. When administering hand reflexology, pressure is applied to parts of the hand in order to stimulate other parts of the body. Attendees were members of a local Nordic Pole Walking group who joined us after they did a 3km walk and felt it was a perfect way to end their afternoon!
