Our 2nd Annual Festival of Trees Competition and Fundraiser was another success thanks to the sponsors who participated and the attendees who voted. We had 12 companies sponsor a Christmas tree which were on display for the St. Catharines Community to vote for their favourite! Attendees who voted donated non-perishable food items as well as monetary donations which were graciously accepted by Laura Byers on behalf of Community Care St. Catharines and Thorold.
The winner for 2016 was Alzheimer Society with their “Walk for Alzheimer’s” theme. Congratulations to their team!
These trees will be on display for the remainder of the year so feel free to pop in to say hello and look at the creativity from all companies!
